Millard, Rouse & Rosebrugh LLP was founded in 1920 when W.H. Hamilton, C.A. opened his public accounting services in Brantford. By 1924, he was joined by W.T. Millard, C.A. Over the ensuing years, various offices were opened in other major centres throughout southern Ontario. In 1940, the present partnership of Millard, Rouse & Rosebrugh LLP was formed.

In July of 2006 we moved into our new building located on the existing site at 96 Nelson Street in Brantford's downtown area. The traditional exterior design of the building has made it an instantly recognizable landmark and demonstrates our commitment to the revitalization of Brantford's downtown core.
